Well, we cut in the last shot of Chorus last night, and the film clocks in at nearly 3 hours. Since max running time has been specified as 1 hr, 50 min, we have our work cut out for us, so to speak.
Anyway, otherwise things are going well. 27 days and counting to premiere. We can do this.

So when does the "director's cut" premier?
What does it mean that "maximum running time has been specified"? Don't you guys get to decide? K, hope it turns out well!
Sylvia
This 1 hr 50 min version will be the director's cut, since the film was just never meant to be 3 hours long. We deliberately overwrote and overshot it so that we would have to cut it back, instead of having the opposite problem. We weren't expecting it to work so well. :-)
In a relatively early meeting, the executive decision was made on the part of Mike Powell and Dr. Keats (the executive producer) that the film was not to exceed 2 hours. Mike has always aimed for an ideal running time of 1 hr 50 min.
BTW, did you know that Mirandum Pictures is now an LLC in the city of Front Royal? Before the age of 30, I get to be a high-ranking member of an actual film company. What are the odds? Now we just need to start making money...
That's awesome, Colin. I'm sure if you stick with determination to your mission of restoring Catholic culture through film, with prayer and the help of the Holy Spirit, you will not fail! :)
That's the idea. (In answer to Geoff and Sylvia both...)
Hmm. So, when does it premiere in Seattle? I've got an interested friend...
Whenever you want it to. The key is working up enough interest so we can monetarily justify bringing it out there to show it.
