Gross Coffee

Is it better than no coffee at all? Discuss.

Morning coffee redeemed by better (Starbucks brand) afternoon coffee. Lambie approves.

Where did the gross coffee come from?

Looks like someone forgot to rinse the soap out before pouring in the coffee.

Hey, don't blame the poor coffee.

Soap? I don't know if soap is used here. The coffee was just sitting too long, probably, with the grounds still atop it. It was this strong Virginia-grown blend which I foolishly bought. Today I'm abstaining, though.

Starbucks has good coffee. However, depending on one's state, bad coffee might still be better than no coffee at all.

As a testament to my lack of critical thinking, I just realized I had assumed that the picture you posted showed the actual offending cup - thus I concluded soap from the strangely large bubbles.

I don't drink coffee. Tea is better at any time. I prefer herbal tea, but many teas are caffeinated, and give the same boost as coffee, with a better flavor. At least, that's my opinion.

Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble. No coffee for me today. Resists the call of coffee! Tea is fine, but I don't happen to have any here, except gross decrepit Victorian Earl Grey. I like Earl Grey tea, with just a hint of cream, except when it is gross and decrepit.

I've found I really don't like Starbucks coffee. It's too acidic, destroying whatever pleasant earthy qualities it has. Dunkin Donuts' coffee is far better, and cheaper. Even Starbucks' candy coffee isn't fantastic. You can do better at the Daily Grind for less.
